The Zeugwerk toolchain is built as a single pipeline: Framework defines the PLC architecture, Creator covers day-to-day IDE workflow, Twinpack manages shared libraries, and DevTools connects builds, tests, and documentation into CI pipelines. If you are new, start with the Zeugwerk Development Kit - it bundles trial licenses and a ready-to-run sample project.
Framework

Twinpack
Open source (GPL-3.0) package manager for TwinCAT: IDE integration, community registry, NuGet feeds, and Beckhoff Library Repository support.
