Variables

ParameterChannelBuffersize INT := 16#00FF

Maximum buffered requests to a parameter channel. If more requests are issued at once, the parameter channel will abort its operation with an error and clear all previous requests. Increase this value if needed, but usually the default value should be fine in most use cases.

ModbusParameterChannelBuffersize INT := 16#000F

Maximum buffered requests to a mdobus paraemter channel. If more requests are issued at once, the fb will abort its operation with an error and clear all previous requests. Increase this value if needed, but usually the default value should be fine in most use cases.

DefaultDateTimeTimeout LREAL := 3

Timeout for unresponsive targets in DateTime

DefaultEthercatSlaveTimeout LREAL := 5

Timeout for unresponsive ethercat slaves, which might occur when issuing a state change command. Increase this timeout if your fieldbus line is quite long (has a lot of configured/scanned ESC attached)

DefaultEthercatMasterTimeout LREAL := 30

Timeout for unresponsive ethercat masters. A fieldbus with a large amount of ethercat slaves may take some seconds to finish a command that is issued to it. For big machines this value should be increased approriately.

DefaultExpectedStateTimeout LREAL := 0.0

Timeout for unresponsive sync units. A sync unit with a large amount of ethercat slaves configured, may take some seconds to finish a command that is issued to it.

DateTimeSyncOffsetLimit LREAL := 10.0

Max sync difference for the smoothening algorithm when a time difference occurs in seconds. Consider a higher limit here when using TwinCATs Usermode Runtime as larger differences can occur.
